Full returns management — we receive returned product, inspect and process it at our facility, and arrange shipment back to the manufacturer with complete documentation.
We use each manufacturer's proprietary paperwork. Signed proof of delivery is uploaded to our secure portal and accessible to manufacturers via their unique Master BOL number.
