Delivery appointments are confirmed with dealers via their own scheduling portals or email. Advance PO and product listings are sent so dealers know exactly what's arriving.
Our liftgate-equipped trucks deliver consolidated loads to dealers, retail showrooms, or residential addresses — wherever the product needs to go.
Recipients sign on each manufacturer's own proprietary paperwork — not generic forms. The brand experience stays consistent and familiar at every touchpoint.
Signed documentation is scanned and uploaded to our secure POD portal. Manufacturers retrieve their records anytime using their unique Master BOL number.
Our Proof of Delivery portal was built around a simple idea: manufacturers should access their documentation in a format they already know, whenever they need it.
Rather than generic delivery receipts, we use each manufacturer's proprietary paperwork at the point of signature. When Sub-Zero or BSH log into our portal, they see their own forms — signed, dated, and uploaded by our team.
Access is secured by a unique Master BOL number assigned to each company — only that manufacturer holds the key to their own records.
